The BRA submitted the letter below to the Planning Inspector following the publication of ED83 Examination Document.
The Inspector had not invited comments on publication of ED83 and when we requested that the points raised should be taken in to consideration the Inspector has stated that she is not prepared to accept the BRA response.
We are disappointed that the Inspector has taken this decision on what are valid points to the Major Modifications,
